Only at a GP meeting will you see one of these t-shirts!!! LOL!!!  Just had to get a picture of it :)  Went to a GP meeting in Kearney and got to meet Amy Summers!  She, along with all the other testimonies, were amazing to hear!

And I just wanted to show my scale weight from this morning....still 162.4, so I haven't gained it all back after the detox.  Eating better though and drinking more water.  Still taking the shake once a day as well along with the core products, cleanse, balance, and build.

Cleanse--Balance--Build!!!!!

We did it!  We made it through our 7 day detox diet!!!  Chasey and I both lost around 12 pounds each...now to KEEP that off!  We are still maintaining our Cleanse, Balance, Build everyday but need to get back into the swing of working out in the mornings.  Yes, we did the detox without working out and still lost the weight!  Today I enjoyed one of the complete shakes for breakfast, had a turkey, spinach sandwich for lunch, and for supper, went out to eat with friends having a super big salad topped with grilled chicken!  Yummm!  I'm very full tonight.  Been trying to continue to drink a lot of water as well.  Enjoy our video diaries this week.......

Day 6 of Detox Diet

 So this was day 3 of the detox week...and we got to eat some solid food.  Not that we were hungry, I honestly felt pretty full the first two days of the liquid detox diet.  But for some reason, the plain whole grain bread, turkey slices, topped with plain spinach never tasted so good to Chasey and I!!! 

 The ladies at the crop enjoyed watching us eat, lol!  

And they also had fun counting how many times I went to the restroom!!!

On day #6 now, so only one more day left.  The scale says I've lost a lil' under 10 lbs but I really enjoy notching my belt one hole closer now!!!  Probably won't be doing the full blown detox diet again anytime soon but liked parts of it.....like the Health Trim Appetite chews (like lil' tootsie rolls), the Health Trim Complete shake (the Super Berry one smells really good but now I wanna try the Cacao flavored one), and now I really enjoy drinking the daily build compared to the Ionic Blend and Fasting Solution (those two I won't miss, to be honest).  One more day though.....one more day!  It's worth it though to feel this good!

The detox diets are not for everyone, but I would definitely be starting the core products if you haven't already!!!  CLEANSE * BALANCE * BUILD   Those will continue to be a staple for Chasey and I :)

Day one down on detox diet...

Chasey and i started our detox diet yesterday....all liquid along with genesis pure supplement products.  We are both down 5 pounds....yeah!  And feel full still....not hungry!  Dont get me wrong...sitting through a scrapbooking crop yesterday and smelling the AWESOME food they cooked for us was torture not getting any...but so worth it!  I felt energetic, not sluggish, and lasted til 1 am at the crop!  Even had my good friend Lynn try the grape blast energy drink when i saw her getting tired about 10pm....she perked right up and said she was awake til about 2!  But slept good!  Ok...so we will see how today goes....gave Lynn some happy juice "goji" along with taking some myself as well this morning.

First order under my name!

We were so excited to receive our first discounted order yesterday!  It was like Christmas for Chasey and I!!!

Chasey took today the daily core products (daily build, liquid cleanse, and go-yin) along with mangosteen and goji.  These have been the norm lately...but she also added in the noni and acai.  She also took an afternoon helping of just the superfruit drinks.

I also did the core products and goji today twice.  I wanted to see how she did with the additional ones before i tried them. (I know..im a chicken)

We also both did the gps drinks along with a workout this morn.  One drink before....one during....one after.  Definetly hydrated this morning!

Excited to try the health trim products now!

One month &Two weeks in......

Ok...so for the last month we have been purchasing Genesis Pure product from my brother.   But last night, I purchased from myself!  Whoohooo!!!  Yep...I'm officially a seller now too!  So excited to start this new venture and help others change their lives for the better!

One Month!

One month in.....and I really wish we hadn't ran out :(  Chasey and I haven't felt as energetic these last few weeks....but we got our box today, Oct. 1st!  So....once again, we start at the beginning of the month, this time adding Goji (my Happy juice)!!! :)
