Cleanse--Balance--Build!!!!!

We did it!  We made it through our 7 day detox diet!!!  Chasey and I both lost around 12 pounds each...now to KEEP that off!  We are still maintaining our Cleanse, Balance, Build everyday but need to get back into the swing of working out in the mornings.  Yes, we did the detox without working out and still lost the weight!  Today I enjoyed one of the complete shakes for breakfast, had a turkey, spinach sandwich for lunch, and for supper, went out to eat with friends having a super big salad topped with grilled chicken!  Yummm!  I'm very full tonight.  Been trying to continue to drink a lot of water as well.  Enjoy our video diaries this week.......
