These cookies have it all-banana, peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate chips! And guess what? They are gluten-free and vegan too! I love these healthy cookies!
ingredients:
3 large, very ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 cup creamy all-natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil, slightly warmed, but not melted
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups gluten-free oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat baking mat and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Stir in the peanut butter, coconut oil, agave, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
3. In a separate medium bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set. Let cool on baking sheet for two minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.
Note-If you don't need the cookies to be vegan, you can use honey instead of agave nectar and regular chocolate chips. I love these cookies eaten right out of the freezer.

31st. This is one of my favorite energy drinks! Chasey and I haven't been feeling to well the last couple days and it got me to thinking......why isn't my Genesis Pure working??? Well, then I thought some more......#1 - Genesis Pure only helps your body to do it's job and #2 - It can't help you if you run out......yes, once again we ran out (but only because we added another person to our regimen). Yeppers, I finally convinced my sometimes stubborn husband (don't tell him I said that!) that this would actually be good for him and help with all his ailments. But since he has been taking daily doses, we need to up our monthly autoship. It comes right to your door, but it helps if you order the right amount :) So if Chasey and I had been taking our daily doses of GP as usual, we probably wouldn't have gotten sick to begin with!!! As I sit in the passenger seat on our way to my sister's for Thanksgiving, I'm reflecting on what I am truly thankful for.... For starters, my husband, Lance, he is my strength and I love him with all my heart. He is such a hardworker and always provides for our family.....I am so blessed to have him in my life! I am thankful for my children, Tristin, who has a big heart that he doesnt always show but its in there ;) He always has a hug for his mom ♥ Chasey, that is wise beyond her years. She is always there for me and others when they need help, im always proud of her♡ And Charasten, this girl will always make me smile :) She is so full of energy its contagious!♥ My good friends (you know who u are), that are always there for me to encourage and lift my spirits! I can always count on them no matter what! And my family's and my health, after these last few years of dealing with so many health issues, I am truly thankful and grateful that we are all healthy and able to be traveling today to join family. Genesis Pure has been a god send for us and I cant stress enough how it could be a life changer for your family as well! Nothing will change for you if you dont make changes. So Lance (my hubby) finally started taking Genesis Pure with us. He can be a bit stubborn at times, so we are starting him out slow with just Go-Yin and Mangosteen. I will keep you posted on how he is doing with it. He deals with gout, shingles and has a torn rotors cup. Can't wait to see what GP does for him :)

During the day, we will drink about 2 energy drinks (for focus and clarity), teaspoon sulfur in a water bottle and take the Metabolic Boost before lunch and before supper. If I get hungry in the morning or afternoon, I'll grab an Appetite Chew. I still eat my normal lunch and supper but I have noticed that I don't eat as much. Seeing Crown Diamond, Jeremy Fouts, in person the other night in Kearney was sooooo inspiring!!! And the parade of testimonies was amazing....to hear the stories of so many lives that Genesis Pure has helped with their health... and then to make money on top of that!!!!! I have to share a story that my friend, Lynn, shared with us the other night. She and her husband just started taking GP last Friday morning. When her husband came home from work, he asked her if she had felt any different. She wasn't quite sure what he was getting at, so she said "no, not really...why?". He responded, just wondering but she persisted.....why are you asking she said again. And so he exclaimed...."I just had so much Damn energy!!! and it's a Friday!" And I just wanted to show my scale weight from this morning....still 162.4, so I haven't gained it all back after the detox. Eating better though and drinking more water. Still taking the shake once a day as well along with the core products, cleanse, balance, and build.
We did it! We made it through our 7 day detox diet!!! Chasey and I both lost around 12 pounds each...now to KEEP that off! We are still maintaining our Cleanse, Balance, Build everyday but need to get back into the swing of working out in the mornings. Yes, we did the detox without working out and still lost the weight! Today I enjoyed one of the complete shakes for breakfast, had a turkey, spinach sandwich for lunch, and for supper, went out to eat with friends having a super big salad topped with grilled chicken! Yummm! I'm very full tonight. Been trying to continue to drink a lot of water as well. Enjoy our video diaries this week.......
So this was day 3 of the detox week...and we got to eat some solid food. Not that we were hungry, I honestly felt pretty full the first two days of the liquid detox diet. But for some reason, the plain whole grain bread, turkey slices, topped with plain spinach never tasted so good to Chasey and I!!!
The ladies at the crop enjoyed watching us eat, lol!
And they also had fun counting how many times I went to the restroom!!!
On day #6 now, so only one more day left. The scale says I've lost a lil' under 10 lbs but I really enjoy notching my belt one hole closer now!!! Probably won't be doing the full blown detox diet again anytime soon but liked parts of it.....like the Health Trim Appetite chews (like lil' tootsie rolls), the Health Trim Complete shake (the Super Berry one smells really good but now I wanna try the Cacao flavored one), and now I really enjoy drinking the daily build compared to the Ionic Blend and Fasting Solution (those two I won't miss, to be honest). One more day though.....one more day! It's worth it though to feel this good!
The detox diets are not for everyone, but I would definitely be starting the core products if you haven't already!!! CLEANSE * BALANCE * BUILD Those will continue to be a staple for Chasey and I :)
Chasey and i started our detox diet yesterday....all liquid along with genesis pure supplement products. We are both down 5 pounds....yeah! And feel full still....not hungry! Dont get me wrong...sitting through a scrapbooking crop yesterday and smelling the AWESOME food they cooked for us was torture not getting any...but so worth it! I felt energetic, not sluggish, and lasted til 1 am at the crop! Even had my good friend Lynn try the grape blast energy drink when i saw her getting tired about 10pm....she perked right up and said she was awake til about 2! But slept good! Ok...so we will see how today goes....gave Lynn some happy juice "goji" along with taking some myself as well this morning.
We were so excited to receive our first discounted order yesterday! It was like Christmas for Chasey and I!!!
Chasey took today the daily core products (daily build, liquid cleanse, and go-yin) along with mangosteen and goji. These have been the norm lately...but she also added in the noni and acai. She also took an afternoon helping of just the superfruit drinks.
I also did the core products and goji today twice. I wanted to see how she did with the additional ones before i tried them. (I know..im a chicken)
We also both did the gps drinks along with a workout this morn. One drink before....one during....one after. Definetly hydrated this morning!

Ok...so for the last month we have been purchasing Genesis Pure product from my brother. But last night, I purchased from myself! Whoohooo!!! Yep...I'm officially a seller now too! So excited to start this new venture and help others change their lives for the better!
One month in.....and I really wish we hadn't ran out :( Chasey and I haven't felt as energetic these last few weeks....but we got our box today, Oct. 1st! So....once again, we start at the beginning of the month, this time adding Goji (my Happy juice)!!! :)
One week in and so far, so good! Still getting used to the taste of the Daily Build and Liquid Cleanse...but found if I do it more like a shot, instead of drinking it, I don't taste as much! Feelin' good though!
My daughter Chasey's first day of trying Genesis Pure products. Besides the basic pack, she is also doing taking the sulfur and Mangosteen since she has back and joint issues. (Love her expressions after taking the Daily Build and Liquid Cleanse!!!)
