Our daily routine...

So Lance (my hubby) finally started taking Genesis Pure with us.  He can be a bit stubborn at times, so we are starting him out slow with just Go-Yin and Mangosteen.   I will keep you posted on how he is doing with it.  He deals with gout, shingles and has a torn rotors cup.  Can't wait to see what GP does for him :)

Chasey and I start our day out with a shot (1 oz.) of the following:

Go-Yin

Daily Build

Liquid Cleanse

Goji

Mangosteen (just Chasey)

Coral Calcium (just Chasey)

Acai (just Doresa)

And one of the following pills:

Probiotic

Immune

During the day, we will drink about 2 energy drinks (for focus and clarity), teaspoon sulfur in a water bottle and take the Metabolic Boost before lunch and before supper.  If I get hungry in the morning or afternoon, I'll grab an Appetite Chew. I still eat my normal lunch and supper but I have noticed that I don't eat as much.
