So Chasey and I were at Carlos O'kellys the other night and while scouring over the menu for something healthy, I noticed they had a note that said, "Gluten free and veggie menus available upon request. " Hotdiggity! After getting our copy, I was amazed at all the options! Chasey opted for a black bean burrito and I got cheese and onion enchiladas. It got me to wondering though....how many other restaurants have these menus as well? Carlos gets an A+ from me for catering to the health conscience and we got some good service to boot ;)
